Upon signup, you will receive a questionnaire via email. I need this to understand your current stats, preferences, capabilities, restrictions and overall goal. once I receive the questionnaire back from you, I will begin hand-crafting your program. Your program will be sent to you 3-5 days before the challenge starts so you have time to look it all over!
